I found the ladies who I spoke to on the phone (unfortunately I cannot remember their names) were exceptionally helpful, polite, very business like and a pleasure all round to do business with. I have another pair of glasses which I purchased from OPSM - from start to finish that took 2 and a half months, and I had to phone them and nag them all the time. There were some problems with them, but it should not have taken as long as it did, and believe me they cost plenty. I shall never go back to them, but you have my business from now on! "Dear Kevin, I am very happy with an online purchase of my glasses. They fit so well, that I do not even need adjustment to bend arms on the glasses. Approaching glassonline I was a little bit sceptical about taking correct measurements, but after this experience, I am not sceptical any more. Actually, I am already spreading a word, with or without your kind bonuses. I also want to underline exceptionally professional and helpful service I have received over the phone and all advice. Time delivery was very reasonable as well. Pity you cannot extend online service to multifocal glasses yet. I understand it is more difficult to tailor such glasses to requirements, but I hope you find eventually a way to do that. Sorry for delay to respond, but I put the glasses immediately to work and simply have forgotten, that I have had a vision problem sitting in front of my computer. I also saved $300 on a quote given to me by OPSM. Regards."

"Received my glasses yesterday and for the first time in years my wife liked the glasses I had chosen. That in itself is worth a score of 100+. However the biggest surprise was when I looked at a receipt for a pair of glasses purchased from OPSM in April 2006. The purchase price was $415.00 less $157.00 from Medibank Private. So I still paid $258.00 for the same general style of glasses as the ones I have just paid $65.00 + $4.50 p/p. I have only just retired and as I am on a DVA pension at 62 this saving has been a godsend. As far as telling my friends I have been in IT sales and marketing for over 28 years and my mouth won't stop yapping. All of my friends say I am a good talker and I have always believed that word of mouth is always the best form of advertising. A VERY happy customer."
