Multifocals from just $144

If you need different prescriptions for distance and reading and want one pair of glasses to do both, multifocals are for you. They are also known as graduated or progressive lenses and gradually change from your distance prescription at the top to your reading prescription at the bottom. Our multifocals start at $144 and come with a risk-free guarantee so grab a pair today!

Multifocal Glasses Risk-Free Guarantee

We have created a special guarantee for our multifocal customers. As it can take a little extra time to adjust to multifocal lenses, you have a full 28 days to feel comfortable with your new glasses. If, after giving them a good work out, you feel you are unable to adjust, we will exchange them for either a pair of bifocals or one pair of distance and one pair of reading glasses.

That’s great! Anything else I need to know?

When does the 28 day period start?
The 28 day period begins from the dispatch date of your glasses.

What if the two pairs (one reading and one distance) cost more than the multifocal pair?
No problem, you can either:
  • choose to pay the difference
  • reduce the price by changing the frame(s) or remove lens options
  • exchange them for bifocals at no extra cost.
Can I exchange them for a different frame / frames?
Yes, absolutely. If the replacement frame(s) are a greater price, you just pay the difference.

Ordering Multifocals

The only additional step is to provide a photo of yourself wearing glasses and tell us one measurement off the frame. We use these as part of our in-house multifocal system and will ask you to upload the photo in the prescription area during the order process.

Adjusting to Multifocals

If you are new to multifocals, you may need a little time to get used to them. Unlike bifocals that have two distinct strengths of prescription in the lens, multifocals provide more natural vision by gradually changing throughout the lens. Power changes at the edges of the lenses will alter your peripheral vision but over time you will become less sensitive to this area of the lens.

To adjust more quickly to your new lenses:
  • Stop wearing your old glasses
  • Wear your new glasses non-stop for a long period (eg thoughout the day)
  • Move your head to look at an object rather than just your eyes
  • Move your head up or down until an object comes into focus
Most people will adjust in a matter of hours whereas some may take a few days to a couple of weeks to fully adjust to these lenses.

To get started:
- choose a frame by clicking one of the categories on the left or
- click 'How it Works' for the simple steps involved, including how to ensure your glasses will fit.
