Our customer service team is here to help, answering your emails, taking your calls and generally making sure everyone else does what they are supposed to!

So if you need help understanding your prescription, deciding what options to select, or simply want to place your order over the phone, it’s our customer service team that you’ll be speaking with.

Custom made

Once our dispensers have checked the details of your order, it’s off to the lab to make them. It’s here that we make the lenses to your prescription and if you have chosen any optional coatings (such as anti-reflective, tint etc), they are added. The lenses are then cut and fitted to your frame of choice.

Our dispensers make a final check of the lenses to ensure the prescription is correct, and once passed, they are ready for shipping.

Packed and in the post

Checked and ready to go

Our dispatchers are responsible for your glasses reaching you in tip-top condition. They carefully pack your glasses in a protective hard case and include a microfibre lens cloth and your receipt. They’ll be in the post and with you in a couple of days!
