I had the glasses within 2 weeks, that in itself is amazing. There were some problems with them, but it should not have taken as long as it did, and believe me they cost plenty. I shall never go back to them, but you have my business from now on! Dear Kevin, I am very happy with an online purchase of my glasses. They fit so well, that I do not even need adjustment to bend arms on the glasses. Approaching glassonline I was a little bit sceptical about taking correct measurements, but after this experience, I am not sceptical any more. Actually, I am already spreading a word, with or without your kind bonuses. I also want to underline exceptionally professional and helpful service I have received over the phone and all advice. Time delivery was very reasonable as well. Pity you cannot extend online service to multifocal glasses yet. I understand it is more difficult to tailor such glasses to requirements, but I hope you find eventually a way to do that. Sorry for delay to respond, but I put the glasses immediately to work and simply have forgotten, that I have had a vision problem sitting in front of my computer. i'm on day two with the new glasses and could not be happier! the general quality surpasses what i've last purchased with the dog eaten highly missed specs. where i think you've risen above is with the lens quality/fit. my last frames were rudy project's that looked great but the lens did not fit the frame with the exzacting workmenship you've provided. ontop of the better than localy purchased service. i seriously had a single set of glasses picked ($566.00) out with my local shop and when i said i need these ASAP the sales person just replied "no one will get you glasses faster than 1-3 weeks"! i find you guys and i have two pairs of glasses of higher quality in less than a week for around $500.00 for both!!! who's the happy customer.....ME! thanks heaps for the extra effort placed on my needs. if you make it a company mantra....glasses for less and FAST...you will grab more market place no worries. i will be purchasing more glasses from you and will be telling my freinds and clients of my exspereince.

I just received my new reading glasses in today's mail. I am very happy with them. I must admit I was sceptical initially about getting value for money, but the proof is in the pudding. Up until today I have been using "el cheapo" magnifying lenses purchased from the chemist, because I could not see the value in spending up to $300 on reading glasses at an optometrist. Since seeing the story on Today Tonight I was intrigued enough to give it a try and I am very pleased that I did. I know that I could have achieved the same result by going to an Optometrist but I would have paid at least $250 or more for them. Received my glasses yesterday and for the first time in years my wife liked the glasses I had chosen. That in itself is worth a score of 100+. However the biggest surprise was when I looked at a receipt for a pair of glasses purchased from OPSM in April 2006. The purchase price was $415.00 less $157.00 from Medibank Private. So I still paid $258.00 for the same general style of glasses as the ones I have just paid $65.00 + $4.50 p/p. I have only just retired and as I am on a DVA pension at 62 this saving has been a godsend. As far as telling my friends I have been in IT sales and marketing for over 28 years and my mouth won't stop yapping. All of my friends say I am a good talker and I have always believed that word of mouth is always the best form of advertising. A VERY happy customer.

Thank You.  Glasses have indeed arrived & are spot on.  As you can probably tell from my prescription, I don't need my glasses too much.  I took an eye test to update & was encouraged by the assistant at Laubman & Pank to choose a pair of frames immediately following the test.  I can see how they rope people in to pay large sums for a pair of glasses as you may feel obliged to purchase on the spot following your eye exam.
Almost falling over at the $500+ quote, I informed them that I was really just trying to optimise my health insurance as I had not made any claims for optical for a few years.  I was not prepared to pay an extra $300- on top of my benefit for something used so rarely.
On coming home, I searched Google & found you.  I was initially sceptical but thought there was nothing to lose.  The ordering was very straight forward &  communication excellent.  Glasses arrived 2 weeks later & are perfect.

The glasses arrived well packaged and took a day or two to get used to, but I have found that with any new glasses you get. Overall, I like the concept & product. My older glasses had all the bells & whistles but they were about three times the price as well. my glasses have arrived, and I am extremely happy with them, they are exactly the same (although not sure of maker etc) as the ones that were going to cost me $450 through a normal retail spectacle maker, and I love the fact they come in a hard case, soft cases I find offer no protection whatsoever for one's spectacles. I have already recommended your site to several of my spectacle wearing friends, and most have said they will certainly be checking it out the next time they require new spectacles.
