From the spare room of a flat, GlassesOnline took on the established optical industry and exposed the status quo of high margins and prices. From disruptions of supply, dirty tricks from competitors, to two office moves in 6 months, it’s been a hectic beginning.

Quality & Guarantee All our glasses come complete with a free anti-scratch coating, protective hard case and microfibre lens cloth. We use the same frames and lenses that are found in the retail shops and our optical dispensers are registered with the Optical Dispensers Licensing Board. We guarantee that your new glasses will be made to your exact prescription and delivered in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that they arrive with a defect, we will replace your glasses free of charge. Plus, all our frames and lenses come with a 12 month manufacturers’ warranty.
